Kosta`s Cafe in Spencer

Kostas is the best breakfast/lunch place in Spencer. The waitresses are outstanding and extremely nice! I 10/10 recommended it!!

I come to Kostas everyday 7 days a week. All the wait staff are super polite. Kostas is one big social club. The food is amazing. The owners are dedicated to their customers and satisfying them. I highly recommend this place. The service is fast as well.

Great location and new England dinner feel. Booths and larger tables available. Wait staff is friendly and attentive, prices are very reasonable most things ($4-8), coffees good too. Housemade corn beef hash is a must get.

I absolutely love this place. My husband and I come here every Sunday morning for breakfast. The food is always fresh, delicious and inexpensive. The staff is great - waitresses are super friendly and attentive. I recommend this place to everyone! Check out the strawberry and cream cheese crepe see pic).....stuffed with tons of fresh strawberries and topped with whip cream.....one of my favorites!

Love this place! I go for breakfast all the time-- the waitstaff is always super friendly, the food is awesome, and the prices can't be beat! Doesn't really get too busy, and you never have to wait too long for food! The crepes and omelets here are great.

I love the way the wait staff interacts with everyone. They attend to me and my family always. They are on the ball. I have never had an issue when going there. I recommend this place to everyone. This place is great with small town charm. Got food quick, and was obviously fresh off the griddle. Food was delicious and inexpensive!

Sunday breakfast is always great. Wait staff are friendly and always serve with a smile. Locals start up conversations and actually care what you have to say. Great place. 👍

Super delicious breakfast at very reasonable price

I don't know what's happened to this place recently... I use to come every Saturday with my girlfriend. We loved seeing the smiling skinny waitress with the black long pony tail and Id always request to get her instead this Saturday I was given a unpleasant waitress with short hair and glasses who didn't keep my coffee filled or didn't seem to even want to be there. The entire time I was in there I could hear yelling from the kitchen staff degrading waitresses & everyone who worked there just looked plain miserable. I use to love this place for coffee and pancakes. Haymakers will have my service now!!!

This place beats Charlie’s Diner any day now and the food is very good for a reasonable price. The waitstaff and line cooks rock and are upbeat and give good service with positive attitude. I wouldn’t eat breakfast anywhere else in Spencer.

Good spot, has a diner style, casual mom and pop feel. The eggs Benedict had a nice sauce, husband said the meatloaf was excellent. Waitress was friendly and the coffee was fresh.

The food was amazing honestly for a place in Massachusetts so small and tucked out of the way it was probably the most amazing breakfast I've ever had and I eat a lot the corned beef hash is to die for and you just have to go there once in your life it'll make you happy from the inside out

Clean. Apple juice is good. Prices reasonable. The lasagne was good.Chili isn't that great. Wasn't busy when we arrived yet waited over 15 minutes to get silver ware for my husband. Omelette and home fries had no seasoning what so ever. Pancakes undercooked

The service and food here are great. It's one of a few places I really like the coffee. The hash browns are great, and I recommend the omelettes. Also, try the strawberry cream cheese crepes (the whipped cream tastes a little cool-whip-y, which I don't love, but the rest of it is great). If you're in the area, this is definitely the place to go. Lunchtime sandwiches are good there, too, but I like the breakfast so much that I never think of it.

All the quality and flavor of eating at home, but none of the fuss. The servers are warm and friendly, and it's not expensive.

Love this joint. Peanut butter French toast is to die for and the chicken salad. The waitress Samantha runs in circles to make sure everyone's happy and has fresh hot coffee & not bad to stare at. Great food, & cute waitress what more can you ask for.

I'm so full. Could only eat half of my meatloaf!.We go to Kostas and always are treated like family. And have very attentive service. Always have great food no matter what I get! Love it!

I used to go here five or six years ago and they had the best breakfast food (never had the lunches). The eggs were almost exquisite. Then they changed hands and the quality went down, not to 'bad' but just 'average.' It's changed since then. In my latest visit, the waiter messed up my order (it happens), but once pointed out, they all bent over backwards to make sure it was corrected. The place is carpeted so it is fairly quiet for a restaurant, a welcome change if you want to relax. I wanted to give 3-1/2 stars, but gave 4 because it wasn't just 3 stars.

The in laws brought us to this place while we were in town and we loved everything about it! It's definitely a hidden gem!
